Zen does not confuse spirituality with thinking about God while one is peeling potatoes. Zen spirituality is just to peel the potatoes. (Alan Watts)
Are you aware of the power we hold within our body, what tools help us control your breath and what perspective do you put yourself in your own head?
I believe that strengthening the unity of body and mind brings lightness to our lives. I am honoured to share my journey of asana practice, pranayama exercises and equally important relaxation to take a step forward together.
You don't need to be enlightened, stretched or even come in a great mood. I am looking forward to meet you exactly as you are.
I found yoga as a restorative movement alongside dance, which I have been doing my whole life. I have been actively practicing since 2017. During this time, I visited the mother of yoga - India, twice, went through a month-long residential PlayPractice in Bangalore, many movement workshops and later also a yoga teacher training. I find inspiration in hatha, contemporary, midfulness and last but not least in nature.
