We offer lessons of PILATES, YOGA, BARRE and PortDeBras™ both in group (of maximum 8 people - only that way the teacher can personally focus on each client) and individual lessons.

Moanalua is a space where you will feel good not only thanks to the exercises and an individual care, but also thanks to our teachers, people, who believe that a body and soul are one.

In our studio you can either start your day, or pleasantly retire for the night.

PilateS FLOW & FUSION LESSONS / 60 min

Pilates is a wonderful way of attaining true physical fitness, conscious union between the mind and the body, and efficient relaxation of tension. The integration of the Pilates principles (concentration, breathing, centre, precision, flow, isolation, routine) helps increase flexibility, balance, fluency, strength, and elegance of movement. Suitable for persons with differing health and fitness levels, the exercise is taken on mats, using props such as the Foam Roller, Pilates Soft Ball, Magic Circle, Core Band and Spine Corrector. 

PORTDEBRAS™ / 75 MIN

The French word “port de bras” (pronounced pour-duh-bra) is a ballet term that literally means “the carriage of the arms.” The PortDeBras™ method is the brainchild of Russian choreographer Vladimir Snezhik. Mr. Snezhik saw a gap in the fitness industry and wanted to create a system where people regardless of age, ability and skill level could experience the joy of dance through free-flowing movement. But PortDeBras™ is NOT a dance class and NO dance experience is required. It is, rather, a unique amalgam of principles and techniques borrowed from yoga, pilates, tai-chi, ballet and stretch work combined in such a way that you get the feeling AS IF you were dancing.

 

Barre Functional / 60 MIN

Barre Functional is a workout that will get you results, but one needs to be committed, disciplined, come regularly to the trainings and be open to learn new things.

What to expect?

A combination of strengthening, stretching, and relaxation exercises with an emphasis on technical execution. 

A wide range of equipment is used such as Slides, Therabands, S balls, yoga bands, yoga bolsters, massage balls etc…

Pilates is more than just exercise for me—it's a way to feel strong, healthy, and relaxed. It taught me to be aware of my own body, relieved my back pain, and gave me energy for everyday life. I pass on my experience so that others can also discover the joy of movement without overexertion. Come exercise and experience all the changes Pilates can bring.

PAVLA LáTALOVá

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. Back pain led me to it. But at the same time, right after the first lesson, I was struck by the fact that yoga is not just exercise. And so began a journey of discovering my body and my inner space, soul, and personality. I practice classical hatha yoga, which I combine with knowledge from various teachings on movement (physiotherapy, healthy back, etc.) and the energetic level (breath work, chakra yoga by Barbora Hu). I also enjoy tai chi and qi gong, and I love nature, where I find peace and balance.

ZUZANA JETENSKá

I am quite similar to you. Perhaps I just have different experiences and perceptions. At first, I devoted myself to dance, but I love movement in all its forms, especially walking and dancing. I don't just teach the correct execution of positions and exercises, but above all I try to point out the experience and joy of movement and the amount of energy gained from calming the mind or pleasant relaxation.
