Pilates is a wonderful way of attaining true physical fitness, conscious union between the mind and the body, and efficient relaxation of tension. The integration of the Pilates principles (concentration, breathing, centre, precision, flow, isolation, routine) helps increase flexibility, balance, fluency, strength, and elegance of movement. Suitable for persons with differing health and fitness levels, the exercise is taken on mats, using props such as the Foam Roller, Pilates Soft Ball, Magic Circle, Core Band and Spine Corrector.

A highly energetic and dynamic class, integrating elements of ballet, dance techniques, breathing exercise and stretching. By means of brief variations and choreographies to music, you will improve your flexibility, coordination, strength and stamina, as well as make your movement more elegant and noble.
The class is intended for everyone, irrespective of their own dance experience.
Inspiring music enhances the atmosphere of the session, which lasts 90 minutes.

Be ready for the 90 minutes intensely dynamic and exhilarating class. It is suitable for the beginners as well as for the advanced yogis, thus don’t be shy to show up if it’s your first class ever. I am focusing on comprehensive explanation of biomechanics, correct alignments, alternative postures (modifications), so the practitioners have a safe place to see, to ask and try. Our little community creates a friendly and supportive atmosphere, where you can practice consciously and at your own tempo. Ultimately, it will help you to deepen your practice without unnecessary stress.

The French word “port de bras” (pronounced pour-duh-bra) is a ballet term that literally means “the carriage of the arms.” The PortDeBras™ method is the brainchild of Russian choreographer Vladimir Snezhik. Mr. Snezhik saw a gap in the fitness industry and wanted to create a system where people regardless of age, ability and skill level could experience the joy of dance through free-flowing movement. But PortDeBras™ is NOT a dance class and NO dance experience is required. It is, rather, a unique amalgam of principles and techniques borrowed from yoga, pilates, tai-chi, ballet and stretch work combined in such a way that you get the feeling AS IF you were dancing.
YOGA - FLOW TO FREE THE SOUL

The afternoon lesson is focused on activating your own consciousness. In addition to stretching and warming up the body, we will devote ourselves to exercises suitable for our own emotional regulation, tools for opening our inner world, the practice of withdrawing the external senses and meditation.
YOGA - MIND AND BODY SALUTATION

In this morning class we will go through a series of warm up and breathing exercises, continue with asana sequence to light our inner fire (bringing on the sweat) and end with a chant, mindfulness practice or relaxation.

The class combines elements of vinyasa yoga and spontaneous dance. The intention is a dynamic meditation in space, purification of the energetical body through movement, breath, and authentic self-expression.
We will transfer the yoga practice of asanas, mantras, and pranayama to the space outside the yoga mat and we will move and heal the sacred power through our energy channels and centers in a dynamic style.
Dance Yoga Flow is focused on the development of authentic self-expression. I would like to support everyone's self-confident joy in their spontaneity and expression.
Flow on the waves of the present moment will end with guided relaxation - already on a yoga mat and under a blanket if you like. Let's feel comfortable.
The lesson is suitable for anyone who wants to move healthily and enjoy being in their physical body, regardless of previous experience with yoga or dance.
