He who would learn to fly one day must first learn to stand and walk and run and climb and dance. (Friedrich Nietzsche)

Helena has been teaching Pilates since 2004, but long before that she was charmed by the world of dance and ballet. Since 1995, after she finished her studies of Ballet Pedagogy on Prague's HAMU,  she started  to work in Dance Therapy in which dance becomes a very helpful method for handicapped people. In coming years she gained a lot of experience at International Workshops, where she met  with very important teachers - direct protégés of Joseph Pilates. In 2011 she obtained her Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher diploma.

If you prefer to dance more, then try her Ballet Barre lesson - a dynamic programme, which integrates elements of ballet, pilates and cardio. With short choreographies and music, you will learn correct movement, you will become more flexible, stronger, more steady and elegant in your moves.
