LUCIE DĚDIČOVÁ
Good things take time, Better things take a little longer. (Sanhita Baruah, The Art of Healing: Notes for Life)
Lucie's approach to teaching is simple: be honest, friendly, and empathetic. She truly believes that it is most natural for women to support each other. She likes to inspire them to discover and reveal their uniqueness, vitality, and beauty through movement. She considers this her mission, and it fulfills her.
Lucie currently works primarily as a PortDeBras™ method instructor and trainer. She has many years of experience in both fitness and body & mind. She actively teaches Pilates matwork and reformers, healthy back exercises, and functional barre classes.
In the past, she was a cheerleading coach, then a hip hop coach for adults and children. To this day, she enjoys teaching hip hop classes. She used to be a gymnast, then a clumsy ballerina, and finally a successful instructor and competitor in aerobics. Her experience in the competitive environment led her on the path of gentle and healthy movement, which she passes on mainly in PortDeBras™ classes.
Lucie has entered a three-year training course called "Trauma Integration," where the body, movement, and nervous system are very closely connected. It turns out that a kind approach to both the body and the nervous system has more than positive effects when a person allows themselves TIME.
And that's why... "Good Things Take Time."
